(“Jayco”) hereby grants authorized dealers and partners a non-exclusive, revokable, limited license to use all materials within the Jayco Family of Companies Creative Hub—including photography, videos, floorplans, logos, and other marketing assets (the “Jayco Materials”)—for the promotional and marketing purposes until such time that Jayco may revoke such permission and/or license. These assets are intended to support the promotion and sale of the products of the Jayco Family of Companies. The Jayco Materials may not be altered beyond approved brand guidelines, resold, distributed to unauthorized third parties, and/or used in a manner that misrepresents Jayco and/or Jayco’s products. All usage must align with current brand standards and marketing guidelines. Jayco reserves the right to update, modify, and/or remove the Jayco Materials at any time, with or without notice. Authorized dealers and partners are responsible for ensuring they are using the most current, approved Jayco Materials. Any authorized dealer and/or partner using the Jayco Materials agrees not to depict or allow the Jayco Materials to be depicted in any manner that could reasonably be perceived as negative, derogatory, and/or detrimental to the Jayco Materials, and/or any personnel, associates, or business practices of Jayco. THE JAYCO MATERIALS PROVIDED HEREWITH ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS, WHERE IS.” JAYCO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE JAYCO MATERIALS, AND JAYCO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING THE JAYCO MATERIALS.
