"I heard 'Our Product is our People' in a sermon and I thought it represented our approach to business really well. Yes, we build, sell and service RV's, but make no mistake - we are in the PEOPLE business. Nothing we do works without our PEOPLE. If we spend all of our time and energy on getting the PEOPLE part right, everything else will fall in line. The measuring stick for everything we do is that it impacts our PEOPLE in a positive way. Our PEOPLE are the drivers behind all of our relationships - our internal relationships, our dealer relationships, our supplier relationships and our customer relationships."
